CEBU FASHION - You can thank me later! (wink) A lot of my friends have been asking me how do I roll my pants. So, this is how I do it. There are two ways how you can fold your pants. You have the CLASSIC CUFF and the PIN ROLL. Cuffing is used when you want to shorten the length of your pants while maintaining its fit. On the other hand, Pin Rolling shortens your pants and tapers it as well. The Pin Roll is perfect for your chinos. For the modern stylish gentleman, it is essential that you know how to do a pin roll or a classic cuff because there’s a fine line between looking dapper and looking jejemon.
So here’s how your almost a blogger does THE CLASSIC CUFF.
Stand up straight after putting on your uncuffed jeans/pants.
You may sit down when you start folding your pants.
Grab the inner seam at the bottom and start folding.
THE PIN ROLL
Stand up straight after putting on your uncuffed jeans/pants.
You may sit down when you start folding your pants.
Grab the inner seam at the bottom and pinch it.
The amount of fabric you pinch will depend on the fit of the pants.
FOLD the fabric against your ankle so the fabric overlaps.
While still holding the overlapped fabric together, roll the pants up only about an inch or two.
I suggest that you don’t cuff your pants more than twice. Don't worry I will be showing to you outfit ideas using the pin roll and the classic cuff in my future posts. So stay tuned for that. I hope this helps.
